Lone Star Circle of Care (LSCC) is a Texas-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the primary and behavioral health care needs of all individuals regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Each year, LSCC hosts more than 270,000 visits for 71,000 unique patients.
